Today's Day 29 of #mmmay2023 is brought to you from Kinclaven Woods, north of Perth. Famous for its bluebells (swipe to see), it was a lovely stroll through an ancient woodland this morning with the parents and husband.

A day of gardening and housework, but it was a pleasure being outside! Back home, these are some allium bulbs I planted in autumn; they came up nicely!

Went on a road trip today and the scenery at Kinlochleven was spectacular. The weather was very changeable, so layers of my @seamwork Kari romper, @allieolson.patterns Monarch jacket and regular rain jacket did the job! When it was sunny, it was very sunny, but when the wind blew, it was arresting!

Just home from a lovely evening of crafting friend fun and sporting one of my oldest projects. The Butterick #B6551 was a bit of a fail when I made it, for various reasons, but I've ended up wearing it tons, so it just goes to show you never can tell. It really is falling apart a bit now, but it's still comfy and perfect for the HOT weather we're having. Yes sirree, I said HAWT! (I did start off with the #seamworkoslo over it though).

Another on-the-hoof picture and I must say, May has been quite a social month! Tonight we're off to see Richard E Grant at Perth Concert Hall, which should be fun!
